You are inside the community within a minute of registering.
You find out what has been missed in your case.
What the standard tests skip, in your results and in his. What in your food, your water, your sleep, your timing and the products in your home is working against you, and what to change. Each step tells you what it is, why it matters for conceiving and keeping a pregnancy, and exactly what to do about it that week. You start the day you register and move at your own speed.
Everything is written down, fully referenced, and yours to keep.
So you never have to remember what was said, and when a doctor tells you there is no evidence for something, you have the study in your hand. Built on the F.E.R.T.I.L.E. Method®, the same framework we use in the clinic. In the words of Stephanie, in the United Kingdom, it gave her "the confidence to go to my GP and be more assertive with what I want tested and why."
His half gets looked at, and you stop carrying it alone.
Half of every case is the male partner, unless you are using donor sperm, and it is the half most often skipped. The Challenge covers the two of you, if you have a partner, so what has been missed on his side finally shows up, and the work is shared instead of sitting on you.
The questions nobody has asked you yet.
Our questions guide your actions and we will ask, for both of you, what no single appointment ever has: your cycles, your losses, every treatment and every result, the symptoms nobody connected, and what you were told at each step. Answering them, even if just for yourself, is where the pattern in your own case starts to show.
Your question, directly to you.
Ask the question you have been sitting on. In the live Q&A, Dr. Gabriela Rosa will sit with you and answer every single one, every time until you are clear. In the masterclasses you get the answers your appointments never had time for. And you are with people at the same point you are, so this stops being something you go through alone.
Every quarter, a giveaway.
Complete the application process and you go into the draw. The terms are inside the community.
"So who exactly is she?"
Dr. Gabriela Rosa is a Harvard trained clinician-scientist working across naturopathic medicine, reproductive medicine, and clinical research. She has been helping couples overcome infertility, miscarriages, and failed treatments since 2001. She is a doctor of public health, not a medical doctor. Medical doctors are among her patients. One of them, Ese, a medical doctor in the NHS: "Everything you said, I looked up. There's paper after paper after paper. It is science."
"Why is it free?"
Because knowledge that removes the obstacles to your health and fertility should be free, and information that changes your life, if you apply it, is what I want every person to have before another cycle, another year, or another decision made without it. Education that transforms has been the first step in everything we do since 2001. Free is how it reaches the most people. And yes, I want to change medicine, so that it is focused on health rather than on managing disease.
"Is this a sales pitch?"
This program stands on its own, and it is valuable enough that I could charge for it. Participants have told me so many times. I do not, because the mission comes first. Every step is complete without buying anything from us. Anna, in Spain, after finishing it: "even if you don't take it any further you can still change your fertility outcomes."
"I have already done IVF. Is this still for me?"
Yes. A million times, yes. The Challenge was built for people who have been through testing, treatment, and loss and still have no baby. If a cycle or a transfer is ahead of you, the work that changes it happens before it.
"I am mid-cycle."
Everything you are doing can continue. The Challenge sits alongside your care. Nothing in it asks you to stop.
"Do we both need to register?"
Yes, and it is always best for your partner to be inside the community too. There is nothing worse than second or third hand information when you are trying to overcome this together. Fertility is a team sport, so do this together too.
"Why do you ask for my phone number?"
We look after every member of our community, so I have my team call you, to make sure you found everything and to answer the questions you have along the way. Your number is used for that call, and for the reminders you agree to when you register. Nothing else. If you would rather not be called, tell them, and you will not be.
"This was not your typical free online course by any stretch."Anna, Spain
Unexplained means the standard tests came back normal. The standard tests were never built to find what keeps you from your baby. Something has not been looked at yet.
Normal for the general population is not the same as right for conceiving. A test result can sit inside the reference range and still be the thing worth acting on.
Repeating the same plan is a bet that nothing was missed the first time. What changes an outcome is finding what was missed, and acting on it before the next attempt.
"Even after years of appointments, testing and IVF treatment, there was so much that was new to us."Evelina, Australia
"she starts where other practitioners finishes."Anna, Ireland
"It is unexplained."

"Just do another round."

FROM FIVE LOSSES AND "COME BACK AFTER THREE MISCARRIAGES" TO THEIR DAUGHTER
"Because I was at three miscarriages, then he said, 'Okay, well now you're in a different category.'"
Canada. Five losses before the program and a sixth during it, with testing gated until she reached three miscarriages. Her question about natural killer cells was laughed at. Her previous practitioner said she had run out of ideas.
They kept looking. We found what no one had checked: elevated natural killer cells, high homocysteine, methylation findings, high lead that Charles traced to the water mains, and an iron problem never investigated because she was not anemic enough to qualify.
Their daughter was conceived naturally. They came back to the program for their second baby, who arrived, to their delight, most uneventfully, once all the work had been done.
"She just made us feel human again."
FROM "IT IS YOUR EGG QUALITY" TO THEIR DAUGHTER, THROUGH IVF WITH ICSI
"I'd say, 'Sure, there's nothing I can do, like diet-wise or lifestyle...?' And she's like, 'No, there's really nothing you can do.'"
Started trying at 30. Five insemination cycles. A cycle with zero fertilization. A loss, a negative transfer, and a cycle where eight eggs all fertilized and none survived to day five. The conclusion was egg quality, and she was directed to a donor egg list. Wayne had been told he was "top of the class" for his sperm parameters.
They stopped accepting that. We found what no one had looked for: sperm DNA fragmentation, alongside count, motility and morphology issues, all of which improved.
Two years earlier, from eight eggs, they had no viable embryos. Three consecutive cycles each produced a chromosomally normal embryo. Their daughter Elsie was born when Megan was 37.
"This was the furthest we had ever made it and without your help we wouldn't be here."
FROM "EVERYTHING IS NORMAL" TO THEIR SON, CONCEIVED UNASSISTED
"You go through tests and either they're normal or they're not... But no one really tells you what happens if they are normal."
Two years of trying. Both work in the NHS, in the UK. Every GP blood test normal. Two years waiting on referrals. They paid privately to be told that investigating further was pointless and IVF was the only route.
They stopped accepting that. We found what no one had acted on: a thyroid issue in Howard that had appeared on earlier blood tests, and an iron result inside the reference range and too low for his profile, among other things that were treated and resolved.
Their son Leo was conceived naturally on the third attempt, and born at home.
"... nobody thought that was an issue. And look at what's happened in six months."
Eight of the families who were told it could not be done. You can watch their stories, and many others, in their own words, inside the community.
